Pinterest Workout Day 2

Is it true? Did I actually do another Pinterest workout?

It's true! Today I did a 6 minute routine. I had already done a bunch of leg work and rode the stationary bike so I only did 1 rep of this. It was awesome!

You know when you hate an exercise and you can't wait for the set to be over? With this set, you don't have time to hate the exercise (not even burpee's, which I despise) because it's over so fast!
