Work It!

I wanted to try a new workout yesterday but was stumped with what to do. Hey! How about I try one of the bazillion workouts I've pinned? This is not my favourite. 50 crunches? I can't do 50 crunches and I'm in pretty decent shape.
It took me about 10 minutes to do 1 set but I cut down on the reps on a few of the moves. I only did 25 crunches and 30 second plank. I did 50 calf raises but I will cut that down if I do this one again. My calves are really sore today, right at the top behind my knees. Not fun.
